CAMPERS
1. Check-in & out time is 3:00pm. If a campsite is not currently occupied, a new camper may check in as early as Noon without being charged. You have until 9:30pm to check-in and set up your site. No check-ins allowed after 10:00pm (quiet time) due to disturbance to other campers.
2. Cancellations must be made 3 days (72 hours) before reservation date to receive refund of deposit. Without deposits, campsites will only be held until 5:30pm.
3. First aid & emergency phone numbers are available at the office (aka) Cowboy Corner.
4. The speed limit in the campground or on the property is 5 MPH maximum. Slower when people and horses are around. One vehicle per campsite allowed, others park in the general parking area.
5. Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please be considerate and respect others, sound travels in the quiet of the night, more than you suspect.
6. No loud playing of radio or stereo at any time. Play for your ears only and not your neighbors.
7. No littering - we struggle to keep this a beautiful place to camp -- Please help and do your part, and upon your departure please leave the campsite as you found it. All camping equipment must be removed and the site cleaned of all litter. Thank you.
8. If you smoke, throw your cigarette butts into the fire pit or into a cigarette receptacle, otherwise please be responsible and field strip your cigarettes -- it's easy! Put out your smoke (bottom of shoe), tear off the filter (put in pocket), tear apart paper and tobacco (biodegradable) & discard. The birds & animals love tobacco and would take a lit cigarette to their nest or our barn creating a fire hazard. So please don't throw butts on the ground.
VISITORS
9. Visiting hours are from11:00am to 9:00pm, with a visitor's fee of $3.00 per person. Visitors must check in at Cowboy Corner prior to meeting their campers. PETS

Pets are not allowed in Cowboy Corner, bathrooms or any building. Many campers are not pet owners and their camping experience is greatly diminished if your pet is noisy. If your pet is a barker, you may be asked to leave.
FIRES
11. VTR has adopted the IDNR policy regarding the Emerald Ash borer and does not allow campers, picnickers or visitors to our campground to bring in their own firewood. For this reason we provide free firewood to our campers to use in reasonable amounts.
